There are five Grammar Schools and one ‘Bilateral’ school remaining in Warwickshire and three are on our doorstep here in Rugby: Lawrence Sherriff, Rugby School and Ashlawn School. Competition to gain a place at these Grammar Schools has never been higher. From experience, we know that the best preparation for the GL examination cannot be achieved in a short space of time and so we recommend that students join our courses at least one year prior to sitting the paper, or for our foundation courses in years 3 and 4.

Group sizes - Max 4-5 students per group.
Resources - We create all 11 Plus lesson and homework material ourselves using original material. Course material has been extensively researched and is constantly updated to contain the most up-to-date question styles. The 11+ exam is paper based so our work is also paper based. We expect students to bring stationery and a thesaurus to each lesson.
Curriculum - We cover absolutely ALL topics that are likely to appear in the 11+: Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning, Non Verbal Reasoning and Spatial Reasoning. Our curriculum is thorough and our students progress extremely well with regular attendance and completion of homework tasks.
Progress papers - For gold package students we provide an end of half term progress paper revisiting the topics covered during the half term so that we can track progress. The format of the papers is the same as the 11+ exam and is thus invaluable extra practise, alongside our regular 11+ mock exams, at mastering the intricacies of the 11+ exam style.
Availability - A combination of foundation and year 5 lessons are held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 4pm.
Gold Package:
£30 per week (term time only)
A weekly horror long lesson, access to our weekly targeted homework material to support classroom learning, and an end of half term progress paper which mimics the 11+ exam format and is great extra exam practise and progress report.
Silver package:
£27 per week (term time only).
This includes a weekly 1 hour lesson only.
