You are signing up for monthly tuition and will be billed each month in advance.
Payments can be made by BACs (see invoice for details) or cash within 7 days of invoice.
We ask for 48 hours’ notice of cancelling a lesson, due to tutors planning time for lessons.
Lessons cancelled later than 48 hours before will still be chargeable at the discretion of AST Rugby Limited. If you need to cancel a lesson at short notice, we will endeavour to arrange a cover lesson where space allows.
If lessons are cancelled within the cancellation period, the following months invoice will reflect this cancellation.
We ask for 1 months’ notice of ending tuition. You will be billed for 1 months' lessons in full.
Please be aware A Star Tutors Rugby may need to alter lesson timetables throughout the year especially around exam periods.
